Hand breaded chicken tenders fried and tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, and blue cheese or ranch dressing

Hand crafted Farm Fresh ground beef patty served on toasted ciabatta with sriracha honey mustard, Bibb lettuce, sliced tomato, and melted swiss cheese

Sloppy Joe: Border Springs ground lamb in a sweet BBQ style sauce with onions and gouda over parker house roll

Sautéed Big Ridge pork sausage rounds with sweet local peppers and onions, marinara, and parmesan served on a baguette “roll”

Farm Fresh skirt steak seared and sliced served over a Manchengo cheese and veggie pasta salad

Slow cooked pork ribs with an Asian style glaze served over rice noodle and veggie salad

Cornmeal fried flounder filet served over a crisp corn tortilla with chopped lettuce, creamy tomato salsa, and feta

Tamari braised Springer Mtn. Chicken thighs served over rice and potatoes

Pan fried Georgia mountain trout with sweet chili sauce, pickled local veg, and micro mizuna
