Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Hand crafted Farm Fresh beef patty on brioche bun with mushrooms, swiss cheese, & local mustard greens



Pulled Big Ridge pork with mushrooms, onions, diced sweet poatoes, & two cheeses pressed in a flour tortilla


Fried Chicken

Buttermilk soaked, hand breaded, & fried Springer Mtn. chicken served with BBQ mayo dipping sauce

House made petite lump crab cake served on a bed of Asian purple cabbage slaw
